Ideas
The Rise and Fall of the Simpsons:
has this iconic cartoon declined over the years?
It will be an argumentative thesis telling the audience a one sided argument detailing the quality of jokes, celeb specials and the statistics with the decline in viewers.

nature documentaries gruesome entertainment or educational gold?
It will be a expository thesis telling the audience a two sided argument detailing about educating people about wildlife, can show animals can have personality but then it can show graphic content of a lion eating a buffalo or an animal getting injured and not receiving any vet treatment.

What I decided to do
over the time the simpsons have lost quality and the humor in their jokes, the old simpsons episodes were also mostly relatable because the writers covered real life topics, like homer going into a deep depression after he was fired the very first time, meanwhile the more modern episods have homer get fired from his job every other episode for him to be rehired, even homer doesn't care anymore because he knows he is just going to get rehired at the end of that episode.
from 21:04 to 22:22 shows how one of the modern simpsons jokes has been rewritten into a simpsons classic joke, and it shows how much better the classic jokes are to the modern ones.
