The large entrance hall features a double height ceiling, a beautiful limestone floor, and a fantastic sweeping staircase, providing access to the galleried landing at first floor level. A large open fireplace sits to one end of the impressive space.
There are a number of formal reception rooms within the property, each have beautiful features and finishes. Furnishings are minimal. Fireplaces are in most rooms.

The lovely quality watch is made by Waltham Mass and is in great condition, clean and working well, keeping time ,with full silver Hallmarks for Chester 1874 on both inner and outer case, both hinges are all fine , case with engine turned engraving , looks like the cartouche was engraved but now hardly showing
Completely clear watch face no cracks or chips , black numerals and black watch hands , with small sweep second hand dial , strong top loop which is also engraved

We don't think there is a better wool felt bowler (or derby) in black out there! This style was created in 1850 as a hard hat for horseback riding while patrolling a game reserve by an English warden. In that tradition, this Jaxon & James version of the bowler is a little stiffer than its competitors. And in true English Style, a little shorter than the later American versions. The 100% wool felt quality is impressive and the hat comes fully lined with the Jaxon & James logo in the tips. The hat is trimmed with a grosgrain ribbon with a bow finish and side feather. The brim's edge in bound in grosgrain.
